Users who submit or manage listings are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, lawful, and up to date. CitySeek may modify, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Listing Information Disclaimer

Pricing, availability, concessions, fees, square footage, amenities, lease terms, and other listing information may change at any time and may not always reflect the most current information.

CitySeek does not warrant or guarantee that any listing information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Users should independently verify all material information directly with the property, landlord, property manager, or listing agent before submitting an application, signing a lease, or making any financial commitment.

Images, floor plans, renderings, virtual tours, and other media may be representative and may not depict the exact unit currently available.

CitySeek is not a party to any rental agreement unless expressly stated otherwise and does not guarantee the availability of any property or the outcome of any rental transaction.

Communications

CitySeek provides tools to connect renters and owners. Use them for legitimate rental inquiries, professional communication, and scheduling.

Prohibited Use

• Fraud, phishing, spam, or harassment.
• Automated scraping without written permission.
• Attempts to bypass security or disrupt platform operations.

CitySeek provides listing and communication tools but is not a party to rental agreements. We do not guarantee pricing, availability, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CitySeek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
